Meaning: Xenium means “Gift to a Guest”
Explanation: Guest is provided the best facilities and care by host and finally when he leaves the home, some gift is given to him by host. Student is considered the guest in Xenium Academy who is provided the best services and care by Xenium Academy. Finally when student leaves Xenium Academy, he will have a gift of excellent education, experience and knowledge, which will give him a good earning and social respect for his entire life.

Meaning of Flame:
  • Fire or flame is first invention of mankind, which made the life of human easier to survive on earth. Fire or flame is used to keep the people warm, scare away dangerous animals, cook the food. Cooked food is easier to digest. Cooked food has no bacteria in the food, hence people get sick less and food survives long.
  • Flame moves upward representing that we should uplift ourselves.
  • Flame represents light, brightness, showing path, spreading knowledge and a burning desire.

Meaning of tricolor
  • Red – Blood (necessity of life), long wavelength in spectrum, Warning (quick action/ response/ decisions) energy, passion, courage, power, will, desire stability, security, action, physical and emotional survival of life, health, vigor, war (justice over injustice), zeal, anger (extreme feeling for action), love and religious dedication, revolution (for education), fight for cause, strive for success, win, warmth, excitement, dedication, die hard attitude.

Xenium Education is software for school management. This software is integrated with several add on modules. The number of add on are continuously increasing and updating.

Yes it is very user friendly and easy to operate. Following are the responsibilities of users.
  • Only class teacher feeds attendance.
  • Teachers works at online subjective exam to upload question paper and marks secured by candidate
  • There is very limited works for other staff.
  • Setup of entire system is done by Xenium Academy in coordination of school IT admin
  • School staff attends online exams and online trainings, if any
  • Student attends online exams and online trainings, if any.

In any case if you forget password, organisation admin has password of all users. You can collect your password from organisation admin.

  • Change password frequently

Every branch of organisation can be customized for respective time zone of concern area.
 

Activity logs are available at individual users and admin has activity logs of whole organisation.
 

There are following type of online exams available like
  • CBSE exams (class subject and chapter wise exams),
  • Periodic Exams – Quarterly, mid-term, final year exam etc
  • Online exams integrated with online training,
  • Competitive online exams for Govt. jobs and for entrance exams of professional courses (Engineering & Medical).
  • Certification exam for technical and management area

  • Certification exam is for individuals to test their own skills in their respective field/ area. Certificate is issued by Xenium Academy for these exams.  
  • These certificates are not certified by any Govt. or Authority. Hence for any Govt jobs these certificates are invalid but definitely these certificates have major role for skill development and recognition of particular field/ area.
  • This certificate can be used to apply in private companies. Most of the private companies accept private organization’s certificate as private companies focus more for recruitment on skill and experience rather than education. But you should have minimum prerequisite education to apply for job/post, if it requires.

No, there are no negative marks for un-attempted question.
 

  • Yes, for competitive exam, online subjective exam, module exams, final exams and certification exams online exam report is immediately created to be viewed after completing the exam and last exam report is stored in report section
  • Periodic exams report is available on specified date and time as decided by college management.

All industries require and commonly use automation to name few are Educational Institute – Schools/ Colleges/ Universities Government Organisations, Private Businesses, Consultants, Construction, Maintenance, Health Industry – Hospitals/ Clinics, manufacturing, Production, Process Industries and Any Service Providers
 

Following are type of documents which can be incorporated in Xenium Automation.
  • Authority requirement (issues by government and mandatory to operate the business, periodic renewal is required),
  • Renewal (these are not government documents but needs periodic renewal),
  • Review (these documents doesn’t need to be renewed periodically but periodic review is required)
  • Storage (these documents are just for storage and can be archived for action as and when required )

  • One organisation cannot see any document of other organisation
  • Documents are protected by user ID and password. An organisations user cannot see the documents, if he/she doesn’t have any role in the job of that document as per Responsible, Accountable, Consult and Inform (RACI).
  • User level 2 can see the documents of their subordinate employees
  • User level 1 can see the documents of whole organisation

All documents are uploaded at cloud on individual organisation created by Xenium Academy.
 

Yes, job headings can be customized as per organisations need like job type, category and item
 

Xenium academy will pay for limited space and transaction. For bigger organisations using big data, customer has to pay.
 

Q8- Is it necessary to upload documents at Xenium Automation?
 

Users can be added and deleted by easily organisation admin
 

Generally contract is for one year. It can be extended to unspecified period.
